It depends on the staff you meet here. The lady we met in the evening wasn't so considerate about a request we made for a late checkout. But the guy we met was. Our room was clean. Well arranged. Breakfast was good. I loved the books in the eating area. Really wanted to take the one that I was reading home. And I did The guy on duty (I didn't get his name) said I could have it Will I stay here on my next business visit to London? You bet. Thank you for your hospitality, consideration and warmth. I highly recommend.
Stayed 14 February great location for us, staff friendly, service great, price was £55.00 cheaper than travel lodge, had a great full English £8.50 well worth a try, special mention for the honest staff, who found and returned my ipad for me ! Thank you Anna xx
Stayed here for the night at it did everything it needed to. very basic simple hotel, there was always a member of staff at the desk to let us in and out as i was worried we would be stuck outside late at night after reading some of the reviews... but no we were let in straight away and greeted kindly. Check in process was easy and quick only took 5 mins. I booked a double room but they seemed to have upgraded us to a double deluxe room so i was very happy with that. Beds clean, towels clean overall very clean. Had a good night sleep and checked out the following morning. No complaints at all. Leaving the key at the desk worried me a bit but they are real keys and not key cards, i understand this now as the hotel owners wouldn't want to keep cutting keys every time a guest looses it. So yeh overall 10/10 experience no complaints. Perfect hotel for a short quick last minuet stay. Thank you :)
Stayed again between the 13th and the 15th. The service was exceptional as always, the staff are kind and helpful, especially Ramon, Sreeja and Anna. We asked for a table just before we went out to do our business and when we got back, there was magically one in the room all thanks to Ramon. The room was nice and spacious, can't fault it. Just because of the staff, I'd come again. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely little place to stay, private car park is an added bonus! Really lovely lady who accommodated us when realising my mom was disabled and I'd mistakenly booked a first floor room. Would definitely recommend and use again if ever in the area
We had a booking to their hotel for the New Years Eve , my wife is pregnant and unfortunately the doctor said we couldn’t fly ! Even if they had a non refundable policy , they was really understandably and was accepting to allow us to cancel it without any fee ! 100% we will book our stay here next time when we come in UK ! Thanks again all the team of this hotel ! After the big loss from the airplane tickets , this was a fresh breeze for us and our wallets
The staff were very friendly, and helped us to arrange a taxi to go out. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The family room was very spacious and the double was cosy but not at all too small. The carpark was secure and easy to access,
